We just bought this plan as of today (July 2, 2008) and studying it. It uses electrical pulses to power the water electrolysis process so that it produces more oxy hydrogen using less power from the car battery. Also its electrode configuration is quite different from the conventional cell. It is more difficult to build than Ozzie's water4gas system but if built it should outperform the latter. This is the system promoted by Ozzie Freedom and we have tested a home-built device that was assembled according his plan. It is very easy to assemble but the device does not produce a lot of HHO for the amount of current passed through the cell. Our initial test shows that this system yield 14% fuel saving without dealing with O2 sensors. His ebooks are very informative and the instructions easy to follow. Our tests show that it is crucial to use the 316L stainless steel wire to build the electrodes according to his plan. Our non-316L anode only survived testing for two weeks.

We did not buy this one as we started our tests with Ozzie's water4gas system first - so check this one at your own risk. But we have heard from others that this particular DIY vehicle conversion guide is the easiest one to follow and their customer support response is fast. One thing for sure: their website is poorly constructed.

We tried this system and found while it's easy to build the electrode assembly, it is very hard to build the box-type cell and bubbler even though it provides detailed instructions on how to cut and assembly 1/2" plexi glass - hard to make the whole thing seal tightly. Not recommend if you do not have a 12-inch precision cutting saw! This system uses 11 stainless steel plates as electrodes with no nuetral plates. The cell and bubbler are combined in one body of two compartments.

Although this system uses an electrode design that is similar to Gas4Free, its cell and bubbler are much easier to build than the latter as it uses PVC pipes to construct the cells. This plan contains both ebooks and various videos showing how to build and install the HHO generator. Their instructions are wonderfully written.

This site seems to be selling a guide similar to or even same as HydroTechCar. Both websites have the same HTML coding problem but since this one uses a light background, texts can still be read clearly.
