This DIY plan is sold by Neil Prendergast who began using water as fuel back in the early 1990's when Neil used to race cars as a hobby. He is now an auto mechanic and helping his customers to run cars with supplemental hydrogen for a living. We have not bought his plan yet but may consider doing that shortly.
