Hydroxy Tech sells complete packages including Alexis HHO generator, bubbler, backfire arrester, 12V relay, etc. All package comes with a device called Vehicle Management Unit (VMU) that connects to your vehicle sensor (whether O2, MAP or MAF sensor).
The HHO generator cell is transparent so that you can see what is going on and when you need to refill with water. The electrode assembly is made of 316L stainless steel. Here is the list of contents in their first kit (suitable for engines up to 5L):
