I live in southern Utah…some freezing..however if I go north into the cold I can remove my dry cell which has a reservior anchored to it by removing the 2 power connetions and a quick detach HHO line. I simply lift if out of a small holder I made for the unit with stuff from Home Depot. It takes about 30 seconds, then take it inside the house. My bubbler, made from Home Depot stuff can be taken out the same way using 2 quick detachable connections and simply lifted out.

Indeed, Elcapitan. Dry cells solve many problems of the wet cells, including this freezing problem. Have you tried adding methyl hydrate or windshield washer liquid to the reservoir?
